Q: does sugar free cappuccino french vanilla contain caffeine?

Ignore the "more for less" comment from 2013. The sugar-free version only requires 2/3 of the amount the sugared does. It is more cost-effective than the regular with sugar if the containers are the same price. The sugar-free containers have 28 servings, the sugared only 17 servings. This info is directly from the packaging.

Q: Can you use this as instant coffee (by itself, mixed with water) - or does it need to be added to regular coffee?

You could do either one, but I personally prefer it with just water. It is complete, and wonderfully delicious with just water. I also love it in a Frappe made in a blender with ice and a little water. I’m so in love with this stuff, I bring it with me when visiting someone else and have gotten them addicted to it, too. Has to be the English Toffee flavor! My one and only favorite.

Q: I find that the product "clumps up" a lot. How do I avoid this?

I love this coffee! Just ordered the Hazelnut for the first time. To avoid clumping, get yourself a cheap battery operated immersion blender. I use mine for both the Cappucino and hot cocoa mix. No more clumping.

Can't beat this Cappuccino

First tried this in Orlando in 2013 and loved it, tried most of the different flavours. Purchased online since been back in uk. Costs more but well worth it. Best Cappuccino ever
