does this moisturizer contain any oil?

I don't believe it does - I think it is water based. I have used it for at least 5 years and can recommend it. It certainly never feels greasy.

Sorry I don’t know the answer to that. I didn’t realise the formula had changed. All I know is it is an excellent post-shave for my DE razor.
