It's pretty and did a great job with my quiche in the oven

I really sweated this purchase because I make a Quiche Lorraine recipe that calls for 5 eggs and 2 cups of half and half and I was worried about the size not being able to fit that plus all the other ingredients without overflowing. This is perfect, no overflow but it does go all the way to the top which makes for a beautiful presentation. The baking dish itself is quite thick and evenly distributes the heat so you get a nicely colored crust even when you’re a little lazy and don’t want to do a blind bake first. This is a solid purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who values quality baking dishes. 5 STARS.

I bought this to replace a crate and barrel dish I bought years ago— it is the same quality and just as beautiful for HALF the price. I am very pleased and can’t wait to use it this Thanksgiving!

Perfect Dish for Recipes I forwarded to a Friend. Attractive and very functional.

I used to make a quiche in a 9" pie pan, and it would almost spill over. Thought this would be much better. This is too big -- I have to figure out how to adjust the recipe so it doesn't overcook and turn out dry.UPDATE: Seller has been very helpful in making me happy with this purchase. They have sent me a substitute product that they think may work out better (6 small quiche dishes, 1" deep). Received them, they did not work out for what I wanted, so they are refunding me the $$. I will order from them again. And BTW, this 10" quiche dish seems to be very high quality. Cleaned easily, etc.
