Filled a hole at work between breakfast and lunch quite nicely.
The chocolate on top of these flapjacks is THICK. But they are tasty enough! I think the chocolate orange one is the most interesting. Filled a hole at work between breakfast and lunch quite nicely.

Be aware of amount of sugar in them! Not healthy
Be aware of amount of sugar in them, they look healthy but there is no clear information about sugar, I just realized that they must got a LOT, I'm trying to have healthy snacks, but this one is definitely not! I can't eat too much of wheat, that's way I was looking for soemthing like flap jacks made from oats. It contains inverted sugar syrop which is "artificial honey" - tfu....which is possible made from GMO sugar beet

We can't decide about these....!On the one hand, these are generously sized, filling bars that aren't too syrupy or sticky.On the other, they're a rather dry texture, and the 'chocolate' topping is cooking choc substitute. Tastes ok, but it isn't real chocolate..They're good as an emergency breakfast if my son's late for work, to eat on the way in...And they're handy to have in case of a sweet craving, when half a bar is a satisfying snack with a cuppa...So, they're not outstanding, amazing or irresistible - but maybe that's a good thing in healthy eating terms!

Sadly the product was not to my taste as they were very, very dry and not like the single bar I purchased originally
