I have used Shokz bone conduction headphones for a while. But the battery usage time was getting depleted. So time for some new headphones.I looked at the new Shokz but thought the price a bit steep. So considered the other options on Amazon, and decided to get OpenRock's.I have only used them briefly, about 2 hours. So far they are comfortable, light with adequate sound quality.They pair with all my devices, phone, tablet and laptop with no issues.When I bought them there was a 10% voucher. My wife liked them so much she decided to buy some the following day and they were £10 cheaper than what I paid with the voucher. That's Amazon price policy for you.

UPDATE Product developed a fault after 11 months. I eventually found contact details for the manufacturer, as time since purchase was well beyond anything that Amazon would honour. The manufacturer handled my problem swiftly, politely and professionally. After attempting some procedures to get my unit working they agreed to replace it under warranty. Their commitment to their product and outstanding customer care are rare in todays world. I had a replacement unit delivered to me within 2 working days ! Absolutely fantastic. 5 stars for warranty and customer care. 4 stars for the product.Original review. - Initially I was very happy with the comfortable fit and performance of these. Being able to run with music but also maintaining awareness of my surroundings was great. HOWEVER, as reported by others after some months the audio on the left side deteriorated and the left side unit now has no audio and the button when pressed has no action. Suspect the cumulative effect of moisture and/or a problem with the charger. Disappointing, I had expected a longer life.

Worked perfectly for few months until the left ear stopped charging.

Earbuds sit on ear as opposed to in ear which is what my husband wanted. Item as picture, excellent quality for price

These do all they say they do, no problem. But they are not for smaller adult ears. They keep falling off.

Very comfortable and light. Neat storage/charge box.

After less than a year of use the case no longer holds a charge so no 46 hours of life just 1.5 hours from the earphones then have to plug case in the charge from mains. Also over priced compared to a lot cheaper options. I did give this 1 star but Chan’s done this edit following great customer service from the supplier who are send me a replacement product

While Hoovering at a hotel and any work at the hotel on nights. To pass time great to use. I have not yet from first charge new to charge the whole case / ear pods.
