3 Years Later
I bought this as my first ever gaming PC, and it has fully impressed me since. I didn't know too much about PC specs but did as much research as I could to ensure I got a good product and decided to take the gamble on this one. I have never once regretted my decision. This PC has never broken on me or ran slowly in the 3 years I've had it, and I don't see myself needing to upgrade for quite a while yet, as it runs games like Baldurs Gate 3 like a breeze. The only thing I wish I could do is take off the front panel so I can clean off the dust that's caught on the glass.Honestly, it's a great starter PC!

Good Spec For Your Average Gamer
A very good value product. I play games such as ESO, Tropico 6, Anno 1800, etc and it handles these with ease. Obviously if you are a pro gamer this is not the machine for you but for most of us, it’s perfect.Good design, reasonably quiet - too noisy if you are a you tube streamer, though, LED’s a nice touch. 5 fans keep the whole thing cool and you could upgrade to water cooling if you want as the casing can support it. Good solid build.Comes with Windows 11 and all very easy to self install. You also get the boxes for graphics card, power supply and motherboard.Recommend highly.

Doesn’t work
I bought this PC as someone who knows nothing about them, and was stupid enough to buy without looking at the reviews. Like a lot of them say, the hdmi doesn’t work and the screen is black. I have tried everything and have no choice but to return it. Company’s phone number doesn’t work and customer service never got back to me. 2/10 Very sketchy.

Good for the price, but has some issues
I brought this PC as a replacement for my old one, given of how much of an improvement this PC is, it's not really worth comparing the two, however, I do have some issues1. The wiringThe interoir wiring of the case does have some issues, spespifically with the wiring itself and the quallity of the cables used, the wires are all shoved into the end of the PC and have all gotten tangled together, making it difficult to add new Drives and such, however, that is reasonable, given the price2. The storageThe storage on this system is not fast, according to the benchmarks I've run this is not an issue with the storage itself, but with either the motherboard, or the wires, this isn't a major issue to diagnose or fix, but it's still notable3. The RamThis is my biggest issue, None of the Benchmarks I've ran have been able to Identify the RAM, and it appears to be running at 3000Mhz, instead of the listed 3200Mhz, though this could be changable in the BIOS, I've honestly, not tried to do that yet, however it's not a good sign that the RAM doesn't run as fast as it should out of the box4. The AirflowA common problem with prebuilt PCs, as I'm sure you're all aware, this PC doesn't really have the best airflow, while it does have Four fans, decent CPU cooling, and the GPU has a decent cooler on it, the ammount of glass on the front of the case and a lack of actual areas for the airflow to go through, doesn't exactly helpAll in all, for a Ryzen 5 3600, an RTX 3060, 16GB of RAM with a 225ishGB SSD and a 1TBish HDD Just under £800 is not a bad price to pay, while it does have quallity issues, you could easily avoid those by buying the system and just fixing the problems with it, such as redoing the wiring and adding new RAM, or changing in the BIOSAll in All, despite the issues I have whith this PC, if you're after a cheap Mid Range PC to move on from a bad old one (Like I was), you can absolutely do worse than this, if you're buying it for someone and you know what you're doing, it could be worth it to take it out of the case and put it into a different one, making this PC a very decent purchase during the apocaylpse we're all currently going through

Decent PC for the cost.
Decent quality pc. Can run most modern games on medium settings, but the CPU runs hot at 70c to 80c for most games, even older ones. Case has RGB colours that can't be disabled but you can swap the colour by pressing the small button on the top of the case.Overall good price but I'd push for a pc with a better cpu, or you'll need to replace the CPU after it arrives.

Received a faulty PC with broken Graphics card. Updated
Ordered it on the morning of Monday, received it the next day morning, however, turns out that the graphics card inside is faulty for some reasons, I called the customer service, they offered me a replacement of the graphics card, the customer service is kinda good, now just waiting for the new graphics card to arrive, will update it once I've got it.I guess I'm just kinda unlucky :(Update: the graphics card got replaced really fast within a few days, at the start I was worried about the overall quality as it's a pre-built pc, but I was shocked after replacement, everything works perfectly fine, the performance is really powerful, bought the pc for my work and it did everything I need it to do. Customer service is really nice, fast responding. The price is not expensive for this level of pc, overall 10 out of 10 for everything.

Perfect budget PC!
+ I’m very happy with this purchase! Works very well and I haven’t had any problems with it at all+ PC is almost silent and doesn’t overheat.+ Can run almost every game with it- only negative for me is that I can’t change RGB setting of one cooling fan. It seems they used a very cheap oneBUT I’m not very tech savvy and as long as it can run my games, it’s perfect for me!
