Previously opened and handled
This product is not cheap and electonic so I expect at least a new item not a like new open box item. Now I'm worried how long it will last. I don't know if it was dropped after opening then put back or what happened. The ruberized bezel had marks of being handled, I was able to clean the marks off. I also purchased a autel videoscope and the package was not torn and the tool looked new. As far as the tool itself I can't say yet, I haven't used it. Autel makes great products.

Good relationship the price and performance.
The only issue is the life of battery in field.

No battery? Where's the battery?
Works when plugged in. got one decent image. Dies whenever you remove charging cable.Can't find battery compartment..Instructions make no mention of batter location, or how to change.tech support kept me on hole untli 5pm, then hung up.. When I call back , the machine says they closed.
