I likes this wheel because is more complete than the traditional ones. Also its sturdy.

As a trainer , this is a good bit of kit for the price. First ignore the previous reviews saying the wheel is too big! That’s the whole point of this device plus it wouldn’t work as well when using your feet if the wheel was smaller. Yes it’s tough but it’s made for intermediate to advance levels of strength.Straps could be longer to avoid coming off when placing the feet. And the heel bands could secure the feet a bit better. But that’s why it’s more than half the price of the original makers of this.It’s well made otherwise and very versatile for intermediate to adv level people. I’d rate it 4.5

This is a very competitively priced, well-made tool for core training. The extra advantage this has over standard rollers is that this can be attached to your feet opening up a wide range of additional exercises to improve core strength and help work progressions fopr handstands etc.

The media could not be loaded. I got sent a used one which is disappointing.It was boxed well.The actual product is amazing. Sturdy. Gives you a great core workout. You can use it for your legs or with your hands. The workout for your legs are a lot harder than those you would use for your hands. So this is a neat piece of kit. I highly recommend it.The setup is simple and amazing and yet made harder then it should. Putting things in there place requires a lot strength and force and I guess that means everything gets left in its place. But I wouldn’t expect it to be so difficult.

I think it’s a great product but I have only used it rolling forward holding the handles.

Cela faisait un moment que je cherchait ce type de roue.Rien a redire sur la qualité pour le moment et sur la solidité.Je l'utilise principalement pour le "regroupé jambe". Le travail des abdo est intense.Pas déçu de mon achat. On verra sur la durée.
