Terrible oil

This perfume doesn't smell at all when on the body, I have requested a refund from amazon. I have the Amber oil purchased from a store in Tenby which is very strong. My overall thoughts are that this patchouli oil has been watered down significantly as it is not a thick oil like my other one, it is watery and does not smell at all, terrible.
