## Description

SkiA Sweetspot Ski Trainers are a unique and fun tool for training balance and posture. The concept is simple, but they train very sophisticated skills. Simply attach the trainers to your ski boots and center the balance blocks (there's an index mark on the underside of every ski boot). Then when you balance on them you're automatically balanced on the sweetspot. The trainers are suitable for every ability. The green balance blocks are designed to be quite easy to use, even for absolute beginners. The blue and red blocks offer a progressively harder challenge for intermediates and more advanced skiers. The black blocks are designed to be difficult, and will challenge even the most experienced skiers. They are 'dry-land' trainers which can be used almost anywhere, for example on hard flooring or carpet. They attach onto ski boots in moments. They are light, and take up very little space in a pack - so they're easy to take on a trip to the mountains. They're great to practice with before

## Features

- The SkiA Ski Trainer is the new way to maximise your skiing performance and enjoyment. The trainer comes with a carefully-structured program of exercises. The manual covers three key areas: Training to improve your centred balance, movement in balance & control

- You can use the SkiA Ski Trainer anywhere, on almost any firm surface. Use it at home, in the comfort of your living room; or in the gym.
