This laptop is EXACTLY what I needed for my business! It is just the right size, and it is easy to set up. The screen quality is excellent, and the processor is fast!

I love this computer!!! The touch screen, functionality, and screen resolution are great for any computer task!!!! It’s great to view movies, and complete work related tasks! You get everything you want out of a computer at an affordable price!

It's a good laptop and has been treating me well so far. It looks pretty nice, boots up quick, and has good battery life. The keys are pretty loud for being a laptop, it almost sounds hollow and I'm not the biggest fan of it. The keyboard also feels cheaper than I expected it to. Sound quality is great, I don't have to turn it up very high to hear it well. The touchscreen works fine, but I would suggest getting a screen protector for it as the screen material makes it feel odd and difficult to move something or scroll or do anything other than click (tap). Overall, considering it's memory, size, touchscreen capability, and knowing it should last me for the next few years (bought it for college use), it was worth the money.

This laptop was purchased for my girlfriend since she was planning on attending college. For the first two weeks, everything was fine, but in the third week, the Wi-Fi could no longer connect. There wasn't even an option. I contacted the third party whom I purchased the extended warranty from ( a warranty that is purchased when you buy items on amazon.com) and was told to contact HP. HP tried a few things and after a while asked for information such as the model and everything else that's needed to determine the specs of the laptop. Turns out that this actual model only is supposed to have 128 GB and 4 ram. THIS COMPANY "MODIFIED" this laptop to "make" it a 1 TB hard drive. This "modification voids the warranty with HP and the third party will not cover anything until the warranty from HP expires after a year. After going back and forth with this seller and Amazon, they finally agreed to send a return label and refund my money. I clearly confirmed the amount I would be receiving and this company never stated otherwise. After a week I receive a PARTIAL REFUND. According to this company, they charge a "restocking fee" of over $200 DOLLARS?!?! Keep in mind, I wanted to keep the laptop if it was in working order but this was a DEFECTIVE and MODIFIED laptop. The seller's answer to the problem initially was to factory reset the laptop every time the wifi no longer worked (as in the option for it disappeared). Why would anyone want to do that? It's a shame that Amazon allows this company to sell these illegal, modified and defective laptops on their site.

HP Laptop has always been my choice for many years this was a great product and so easy to setup and transfer files

It's my everyday computer. It has an elegant style, is very functional, and has an incredible amount of space. The tactical display is a total plus and functional. The battery doesn't last as long as I expected, but overall, it does its job.

So far so good, was a decent price in comparing to others. I use HP ar work and they are probably not handled the best and do well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:In general this PC runs well, but my keyboard stopped working about 4 months in and HP customer service was absolutely no help.
