I like the container, it’s very slim so it doesn’t take up much space. Easy to swallow capsules. I take magnesium & D3 supplements to maintain my bones & skin & it seems to work well. I’m definitely sleeping better; 6hr instead of 3.

I have found these a great help to help me to sleep, I take one each evening and they are easy to swallow.

The profuct did not come with a lid, but it was sealed. I had a spare lid left from older bottles, which saved me from some hassle. Though, I hope I will benefit from the product.

Not sure if these are good or not to be fair. Hard to tell. I did think it messed with my guts at first. I then had a long break and don't think I had I'll effects. I did my research and these did look good..

These are great. I love the container , it slots nicely into our cupboard and doesn’t take up much room. My husbands Magnesium levels are back to normal now. I recommend these.

Bought this as wanting to try magnesium and has all the different ones in this. This product seems to have a good write up. So worth a try. Fingers crossed it's good only taken 2 so far. No horrible side effects seems to be good so far. Also great price!

I've tried a few variations of magnesium and this is by far my favourite, the dose is slightly over the recommended daily dosage (350mg for females) however I have not noticed any side effects. I have been taking this for over seven months now and definitely see the benefit in my quality of sleep.

I have bought cheaper Magnesium tablets before but these even though they are slightly more expensive are well worth it. Also easy to swallow.
