I sent it back for a refund.My head and neck are much higher and at an awkward angle. I can't find any comfort or support. I have purchased hundreds of pillows over the years, memory foam ones, shaped ones, down ones, firm and soft. I have neck and shoulder problems and have tried 2 pillows verses one pillow. This is not a firm pillow, your head just sinks into it, giving you enough support. I have slept on it for a week now and my sleep has improved, that's all I can say. Well worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pillow ever *by A***A on 27 June 2020* Guiltily I never review products on Amazon although I read them religiously before I buy! This pillow is the best pillow I have used in my life so I had to comment. I am a side sleeper and back sleeper (about 60/40 split) and this pillow is perfect. I have been using it for a week now and each night I can feel the difference. Initially I wasn't sure because my neck pains from my previous pillow remained for a few nights but I perservered because my sleep was so comfortable and I'm glad I did. A week later the neck and shoulder pains I had been experiencing because of my previous pillow are now gone. The pillow is heavy, sturdy but somehow cloudlike, head-sinkable and supportive at the same time. You can mush it up to get the right amount of support for you between your neck when you side sleep and you can let it work its magic when you sleep on your back. Previous pillows I have had from quality places such as Soak and Sleep and John Lewis have been fine but not perfect, little aches and pains come up from time to time due to lack of support when I move from back to side during the night. The Tempur cloud is so solid but soft this just doesnt happen, total support all of the time. I think I might marry it.
