Mod8Arctic Cold Weather Socks, MoD-spec, white (ecru)

My son has tried multiple brands of socks, some very expensive to deal with the fact he kept getting blisters at camp.These have been far and away the best, better even than some extremely expensive brands.Very thick, soft and warm.My only complaint is that they are white. My son and white aren't the best combination, but I can't rate down for it because I knew they would be white when I bought them.

Hubby says brilliant socks just like he used to wear in the RM's on night duty. Lovely to wear under wellies whilst walking tge dogs. Thick and good quality. Dont be put off by the colour.

This is the second time I have purchased these socks for my husband to work outdoors. I purchased the first 2 pairs about 3 years ago and they were fabulous - really thick, warm and strong. Having darned the toes a few times, I felt it was time to buy him some new ones and purchased another 2 pairs. However, these are considerably thinner than the previous purchase and therefore definitely not as warm! Such a shame to downgrade such an excellent product!

Large, great in boots, fabulous for the winter.

One reviewer said these were sold in singles, knowing Silvermans of old, I thought it could be true so I orded 2, now I have 2 pairs of these so it was worth it and my feet are very (maybe a bit too) warm, excellent socks.

Very good socks for all weather if wearing boots

I thought the price was great - until it transpires that they are priced And sold as an INDIVIDUAL sock!! What can I say!?!
