Wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my time. Impossible to put together, instructions are the worst. It was all warped and would not properly close and gaps in the front. Tried to tighten screws and they would not tighten all the way. When removing screws, it broke. Piece of junk

Arrived cracked, but nice case - updated review after hearing from seller!
The case has a huge crack on the front and the tong holder was completely broken into two pieces. I ordered on a Monday with delivery for Wednesday (to be used for a Thursday event). It ended up arriving the following Tuesday! We were able to cover the front crack, but so disappointed, considering what we paid for it. With the crack covered the case is nice. Good thing we don't want the tong option though as it was in two pieces!Update - Since my review of receiving the damaged case, the seller immediately contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience that was caused. I was offered a full refund. While they cannot control what happens in transit, they went above and beyond to make it right - customer service was incredible! I will definitely shop from this seller again.

Broken Door
Door broke and only had a 2 and half months. Would love to be able to exchange it.Company contacted me and we came to a resolution quickly

Poorly made, no directions, broken door, not worth returning and would never buy again. When assembled it is extremely wobbly, wouldn’t trust putting anything in nor trust it if a customer would try to access it.

Came with broken pieces
Not the easiest to assembly and it's so weak. The front with the handle came off the track the first day I used it. And the holders for the tongs was completely broken and there was a crack in the bottom.I didn't pay 100 something dollars for this low of qualitly. I want a refund!

hard to make secure, not very sturdy
I had the same problem others had-- it was super hard to make the screws tight enough for it be stable. Then it wobbled. I would not get this again.

Very hard to put together and it sturdy at all
This is my second one bc the first one came cracked. The screws don’t tighten and it is very very flimsy. The directions and the video are of terrible quality
