I bought a "Da URBAN Merlion Office Chair" from Amazon in April 2025. The wheel base of the chair glides smoothly across the floor. The ergonomic design provides excellent back support, making long work sessions comfortable. But after 7 months of daily usage the wheel base assembly got twisted for 2 wheels(in December). After contacting the customer support of Da URBAN, they sent me new wheel base assembly and helped me in assembling the product. All the support and assistance with out any extra cost. Now again my chair is working smooth and nice. The new assembly feels sturdy and well-built and has restored my confidence in the chair’s longevity. While the initial issue was inconvenient, the repair has brought the chair back to its original quality. It’s once again a reliable office companion, combining comfort with functionality.

I purchased the DA Urban Merlion chair from Amazon. Initially, the hydraulic press was not functioning properly, which was disappointing. However, I contacted the company and raised a complaint. Their customer support responded well and sent me a replacement hydraulic press without much delay. After installing the new one, the chair is working perfectly fine now. The build quality of the chair is good and comfortable for daily use. I appreciate the brand’s after-sales service and support. Overall, a good product with responsive customer service. Recommended.

I have been using this product for last 10 months, thought of mentioning it here... its worth every penny you spend for this product, very comfy, and very important is the peace of mind about after sale service, warranty claims and customer support from the vendor which was very prompt and addressed my concerns very professionally and excellent follow ups. Regarding the product, I must tell is really a very good looking and comfortable office chair,I use it daily for a good 8hrs of work... never got any fatigue.
