Great quality and great price. In the store you would only get one cord with no handle. With this set you get an array of cords, handles and straps! Awesome product!

Excellent product at a great price!
So pleased with the quality and versatility of this set! And at such a ridiculously low price! My honest Physical Therapist whispered "Buy them on Amazon" rather than purchasing from the PT practice at many times the price. The bands and all the accessories--foam handles, carabiners, door anchor, ankle straps--are sturdy. If I had only one wish, it would be for a second door anchor so there'd be less switching-out, but that would be greedy! Thank you for this terrific product, speedy delivery, and excellent price!

Pretty decent
Actually pretty decent little product. Stows away easily and works out well. Seems well built. Got this for shoulder physical therapy. Doing the job so far

Easy to use
I'm doing physical therapy at home and this is similar to the equipment they have. I really like the ease of use and the different size bands. Plus a big poster with lots of different ways to use the bands. Recommend.

Good, not the right weight.
Not the actual weight but you can still stack them and get some good resistance. The door stop thing is useful. The handles make excercise pretty easy, especially bicep curls and face pulls.
