Amazing vitamins at an amazing price. I used to take liquid vitamins but it's to expensive. I get close to the same vitamin buzz off these and they are cheaper than the store bought all in ones that do almost nothing. Easy to swallow but I never have issues with pills. Overall they are very effective, they do taste and smell like multivitamins, the size is fine for me but might be large for some. Energy levels and sleep are almost as good as liquid or high end separate gel caps.

This was my 1st experience with soft gels (1000mg). I admit to having trouble swallowing pills. Compared with capsules I find these a similar size and with smooth sides but these seem slightly heavier. I have gotten a few down but usually suffer some varying degree of gag reflex. The last one I tried was just too much and I feel compelled to toss the rest. It likely may be mostly in part to my own psychological reaction. If you don't have this built in difficulty as I do they may be fine for you. I don't doubt that they are a healthy supplement.

Worth the money. Like many people I bought these to hit my daily vitamin goals without breaking the bank. I’m very inconsistent with taking them however so I can’t report an increase in energy. I can say, that while taking this my stomach hasn’t ever felt upset or bother by the product. It does have a slightly chalky taste but if you’re taking it with a drink then you don’t even notice it. Overall it’s a good product that I would recommend to others. If I ever become more consistent I’ll update the review on the effectiveness of the product as well

Great ingredients. So much value for the money. A kinda big jammed packed pill with everything the body needs for overall health. This will last for a while and is definitely worth it.

Reddit users swear by the quality of these multivitamins. I like that they have fish oil. I accidentally purchased the regular multi (instead of the For Men variety) but it seemed to be fine.i took those for 10 months and now I am taking this FOR MEN variety.Only thing that sucks is I do still need to supplement my biotin and vitamin E (hair, skin, and nails supplement), and also a glucosamine chondroitin supplement (for my joints). But I don't mind buying those other pills and taking it on top of this multivitamin.I was having issues with my nails, for reasons I do not know, and my joints because I run 50+ miles per week. This multivitamin by itself was not able to fully remedy those issues. However, I will continue to buy and take them 🤙
