Received the watch , great product. But why isnt the watch container different from the one advertised ??

Mine was just the usual Citizen box. The images show old packaging.

Is this watch brand new and does it come in original citizen packaging with paperwork etc

I bought this watch a few months ago from Amazon, it arrived in a very attractive, but completely useless, scuba diving tank shaped box with the relevant papers. It's definitely a big watch, but I am absolutely delighted with it.

Can you change the strap?

well - its a brilliant strap - I swim in the sea a lot and this strap takes whatever gets thrown at it and still looks box fresh. ditto the watch. but I guess any reasonably competent real watch store (ie not apple watch store) could do this although I expect it would cost if you were asking them to change a strap that you had purchased elsewhere

ls this watch made in Japan ?

Yes and no, some where made on Japan and some where made in Singapore if I'm not mistaken.....still a very good watch the ecozilla, becoming s bit rare now
