Worked with my 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition
This key fob seems to have worked flawlessly. I went to an automotive locksmith and he wasn't able to get this to work with his programmer. On a hunch, I purchased an Autel KM100 and was able to program it myself. Great key. Ill update my review if anything changes but so far, so good.

Key works, but may cause error codes
The key works, but I am unsatisfied because it caused an error code with the keyless entry system that cannot be cleared. I discovered that it is because it is not an oem Mazda key. This code takes up the digital dashboard and is quite annoying. The car is a 2020 Mazda 6. Now I have to also buy an oem key, so this key is basically worthless.

Quality product at reasonable price.
Had a hard time finding a Locksmith that had software for my 2020 Mazda. After some searching found a hardworker who programmed in 10 minutes and cut key as well!!

Don't buy from the dealership
I bought this to replace a factory one and the locksmith told me they might not work but I bought it. But I bought one through him which cost me $350 total, OUCH. Both were programmed and work fine. I learned the hard way. FYI, check with Ace Hardware for programming the remotes from Amazon you will save money over a locksmith.

Works like OEM 2021 CX-5
I needed a second key fob. I found a locksmith who programmed this in 15 minutes. Works perfectly. I checked the case to see if I could easily get to the battery compartment. It was more difficult to take apart and put back together as the fit is not quite as nice as the OEM case. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could because of this. However, no problem with function.

Works as good as the factory key fob! GoodbbI n value. Expensive to program though. Looks like original just missing Mazda logo.

You cannot use this key fob if isn't from the factory. It must have the Mazda symbol on it. It will leave you stranded.
