The dealer couldn't help me when my keypad stopped working. We tried everything. Wasn't sure this new part would work, but it did. Easy to install and worked perfectly

Works!!!
Replaced the original keypad that was only working intermittently. Worked like a charm! Easy to install, even easier to program. Should have done it sooner!!

item would not work and was a non returnable item that I didn't notice till it was too late.
did not like that the supplier would not replace the item that was defective. It was supposed to be used as a garage door opener.

Updating the review below:The seller confirmed there is a 15-30 second grace period where any button will reopen the garage after the code has been entered. We thought this was a design flaw but is apparently intentional.Original review:We programmed this with a code and then realized the garage door would open with ANY button pressed. This is a faulty product, and Amazon won’t allow us to return it or request a refund.
