The media could not be loaded.  Purchased for our pergola as the constant rain drip is leaving heavy marks on the concrete. I bough the extension to creat two long chains. Working great. The little buckets have a nice detail.

Took down our nasty gutters and installed the rain chain. Had to but the adapter and the smaller chain to add to this one! WE LOVE THEM! SO WORTH IT! Price is right too!!!!

Good quality, it hasn’t rusted and it has rained a few times so we shall see as time passes. It works as it should!

This was just what I wanted, but if I didn't have a drill to open 50% of the holes that were just a tad too small, I would have had to send it back. Took a little extra effort, but it looks great and functions well.

The assembly requires bending soft aluminum chains for each cup. The aluminum has very little spring to it so the bend leaves the soft metal disformed. The "powder coat" is frail and also chips immediately upon assembly. For the price I would expect a slight higher quality product. At least with the extra money spent on a "powder coat" which does not hold up. Otherwise looks good and does what it says on the tin as long as you don't look close at the chipping paint on the chain. I'll probably just touch it up with some Rustoleum but I'm disappointed and figured I warn others on what to expect.
