Previous order of wrack of lamb was absolutely delicious and plentiful with added bones and cut offs! This time I’m a little disappointed as there is only the wracks of lamb.I was looking forward to making a soup/stew with extras! Fanstic wracks however and I dare say I shall be back with another order in the New Year. I’m not complaining just making an observation. Different Presentation
When i ordered it before it came Larder trimmed this one came whole so i had to order a clever to trim it down to a cutlet size. It's an excellent product with a great eye of meat and very flavoursome . If you can afford it then i recommend you buy it,you will have a lovely lunch/dinner.
