Does this have the little pillow on which to rest the back of the head?

Yes it does. We use it often for my special needs son who doesn’t like his hair washed in the shower. My only complaint is that the tubing that is attached to allow water to drain is very stiff and rigid and is bent from packaging. It often takes 2 people to use the product because someone has to keep the tube from bending and preventing the water from flowing freely. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I’m having trouble blowing it up. Used mouth & pump. No air going through. Can someone help please?

You have to pinch the plastic area just surrounding the tube you're blowing into. It will open up the valve and make blowing wayyy easier!

Does this have a warranty? Mine burst along the seam today.

Not that I know of. You might try a good glue for things like camping mattresses. If you put too much air in to make it firm, that might put too much stress on it. Hope this helps.

If you are asking how to inflate it , I blew it up,but if you have a pump you can use that.
