Value-priced mouthpiece set suitable for beginning trumpet players. Most trumpet players start with a 7C and gradually progress to larger cups for a fuller, more developed sound. If your beginning trumpet player sticks with the instrument long enough to grow into a 3C, that's a good sign they plan to take it seriously. In high school, I almost learned how to play the trumpet. But I had a terrible teacher. So I bought a bugle and learn to play it a little bit. But the mouthpiece didn't quite work right.
