Decent printer and even better customer service
UPDATE: I was able to resolve the leveling issue by working with the Z-Offset feature. I do wish that the auto leveling feature covered that one corner, but seeing as there’s a way to solve the issue, there’s nothing to complain about. Part of the reason for the bump to five stars is because of the great customer service. They didn’t necessarily need to help me with anything since I ended up troubleshooting on my own, the sellers made the effort to reach out and help with anything that was needed, even offering to exchange the printer. So even if you do have issues, there’s reliable customer service ready to help, and that’s nice to know.I've had this printer for just over two weeks, and in order to ensure proper functionality, I haven't let it rest very much in that time. So far, it's generally been a great experience. There's almost no setup, and everything is super intuitive to use. I think this is a great size for a beginner. However, if you do end up at all inclined to go deeper into the 3d printing hobby, You'll almost immediately want a larger bed. That's not a fault of the printer, obviously, but just keep that in mind. I couldn't use the proprietary slicer because I'm running on linux, but cura works just fine.I'll start with the main complaint I have: the auto bed leveling feature. It works well, but it only has 3 probing points. They are located on the front left and right, and rear right. But, the rear left does not get checked. And, it just so happens that prints that extend to that part of the printerbed appear to have a leveling issue, where the nozzle is either too close or not close enough to the bed, and that area of the print ends up super thin compared to the rest of the print. I'm going to try trouble shooting that with zoffset settings, and I'll see about updating this review if that works, but I feel like it would have been a simple thing to have four probing points, rather than only three probing points with no way to manually level the bed (that I know of). That's really what prevents this printer from being a four or even five star product. If there were just easier ways to make adjustments or more thoroughness in the auto functions of the printer to maintain it, this would easily be a five start product for me. So, I'll have to see if there are any ways to address this complaint. The filament that's included is fine just to make sure the printer actually works, but I wouldn't waste my time with it. Terrible quality and it just doesn't extrude well. Get something like Overture PLA or Easy PLA and you'll be much happier with the results.

Very easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage. I have to depend on braces and splints to function which gets kind of pricey. I wasn't sure if I would be able to figure this out because I'm not very tech savvy. I really wanted to be able to make some custom splints for my hands. My plan was to practice on this budget model to see if I could even figure out how to make them. I wasn't expecting much because of the low price point. I figured that would need to upgrade to a more expensive model once I got the hang of it. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. The quality is so much better than I had hoped and the end result is amazing. Connecting it to the app is super easy and from there it practically walks you through the process. There are educational videos and free designs available in the app. You can also monitor the progress of your project and see how much time is left before it is complete. It comes with a large amount of filament so you can started right away. Their website also has a lot of resources on projects and even information on how to design a custom piece.

HORRABLE product. DO NOT BUY IT !!!
Right out of the box the fan was dead and the printer would not work AT ALL because of it. I will say that I gotna replacement fan real fast and although VERY hard to replace, it did fix the unit. Then I had real trouble printing and imported files that were not on the original TF card. It prints these HUGE bases and wasted A LOT of filament doing g so. Then it just stopped printing more than any 1/2 of an item, thereby wasting even more filament and time. All I would get with CS was the run around to reset it up, reformat the TF card, reinstall the firmware and all...if you do not have a computer(not a tablet) there is very little you can do with this unit to "fix" it. Th8s is NOT a good product and I really wish I had done more research before purchase.Amazon was VERY good to me and I got a refund after the time window had closed, so I will be getting a new and better printer. Thanks Amazon for continuing GREAT CS.
