Love the taste, and the price. So delicious with greek yogurt, sprinkle of cinnamon, honey, and fruit. I freeze it in silicone molds for four hours too as a healthy frozen treat. I was looking for a way to up my decaf coffee in flavor and presentation without spending beyond my budget. Single Estate Cacao brings the coffee house experience into your kitchen (or office)!When I opened the GLASS jar (I just prefer glass over plastic), the appearance (consistency of the powder) of the Cacao was so amazing - it looked like velvet, so fine, and smelled delicious. I made a cup of coffee and added less than a teaspoon of the Cacao, and then prepared the creamer, warmed and frothed with a hand pump frothed, also from Amazon. It tasted better than anything I have bought at a coffee drive thru! Very affordable so I will definitely be purchasing Single Estate Cacao again. And I like it that the jars can be recycled because I don't store my leftovers in plastic anymore. They really thought this through!Plus there's the added satisfaction that Single Estate is organic, GMO free, gluten free, and I really like it that it's coming from the farmers who grow it and they are gaining an even larger percentage of the value of what they grow.UPDATE: Ordered and received my second jar. This product just gets better and better! I have made it part of my daily morning coffee practice. While I don't froth it every morning, I do enjoy waking up to the taste. For those interested, add some cinnamon and just a dash of ginger for a little extra zing.

I like it and it tastes good. Bitter and crunchy but I let it sit in my yogurt a day or 2 and it softens and is super yummy, little bits of dark chocolate flavor.

I absolutely love this product! I mix it with a small amount of milk and flavored protein powder then pour it in to my coffee. It definitely gets the bowels moving and it tastes so good!

I think this small jar of cocoa powder for making chocolate cakes or brownies or even chocolate icing is a very good product. I used it over the weekend when I made a Texas sheet cake and the icing turned out good.The cake was good so I would give it a number 4 which means it's good and a good quality and all but it does not surpass my main mountain Dutch cocoa powder and that's the only thing I have to say about it. It'll do for a good substitute to me at the moment if you can't get whatever your normal cocoa powder is that you normally use if you are a baker who bakes often. Thank you very kindly for the product. It came in a nice jar that you can keep and reuse and I ordered a small amount but it's a good product.

I like using this to make a healthier chocolate milk using agave or honey and sometimes i add a little cayenne pepper to make hot mexican cocoa. Cacao has a lot of health benefits and I like that it's single sourced. I can't drink this past 2pm or else I won't get to sleep early because naturally it has a lot of caffeine.
