No the phone is locked to EE network only. There is no sim included with the phone.

Does this come with a sim?

When purchased from me they come with an EE SIM plus £10 credit. The SIM has the EE Talk and Text plan that gives you 25 minutes and 50 texts valid up to 7 days. This plan costs £1 per 7 day period until you change or cancel the plan.
