Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Gold Edition - Xbox One

After finishing the Resident Evil 2 remake when it came to Game Pass I was all in on this series. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I was eager to play this game as I had known about it, but only played the very beginning. From the very beginning this time around I was enthralled by the story and what unfolded had me hooked. I felt invested in Ethan and Mia's relationship and wanted to do everything I could to find her. The gameplay is so much different than RE has ever been and it was one of the best first-person games I have ever played. I highly recommend this game and the entire Reach for the Moon Engine series of games. I'm now a huge fan.

I don’t know how I beat this game, it freaked me out to the core, yet captivated me beyond any game I have played in recent years. There were multiple points where I muted the volume and played some Madonna just to calm my nerves. Incredible. Gonna try the Madhouse difficulty, I’m a sucker for infinity ammo and soiling myself. I must say that the freakiest part of the game for me was when I went back into the basement and the grandma was just chilling in the pitch dark...

It was a different direction for the series, not sure if it paid off but it was a worthy experiment. The game is really slow to get going and I almost quit the game altogether at a few points early on. It proved to be a worthwhile experience although one would not have know that this was a Resident Evil game without looking at the title.

This is the first Resident Evil I've played since part 2. At first I thought the first person perspective wouldn't work. I was wrong. It is way better as a first person game. Turn the lights out and put on some headphones for this one. It is without a doubt the scariest game I've ever played. It rivals movies for the level of terror you feel. Just buy it. This is a must play and one of the best games I've played in recent years. There is nothing else quite like it.

One of the best games of the xboxone/ps4 generation, and a top entry in the current renaissance of horror games. For the record, it was the first RE game I ever played, and this didn’t detract in the slightest from the experience. Resident Evil 2 remastered is another must play, and judging by the demo, RE3 remastered is shaping up to be even better than its predecessor. Honestly one of the best video game series ever. There’s deeply detailed artistry, an engaging story, and it’s just...really fun. Must buy for any console owner.

One of the freakiest games I have played in my life. I am a big horror fan and this recent-ish resident evil title is amazing. It is not traditional with it being 1st person but I believe that makes it scarier. Scarier=better. I know I am late to the party in all with this being old news from 2017 but I do recommend this game especially after the downgrade of Resident Evil 6.

Excelente juego de parte de la franquicia de Resident Evil, se siente un respiro fresco para el género survival horror que era necesario para esta saga, sin mencionar que esta edición trae todos los DLC's para que la duración de este se amplíe de forma considerable y se profundice en la historia del juego, que a mi parecer, es bastante interesante. Un juego bastante equilibrado entre un ambiente de suspenso en primera persona sin dejar de lado la esencia de acción de Resident Evil con el uso de las armas de manera limitada sin ser necesariamente un shooter. En cuanto al envio el juego llego bastante rápido y sin problemas, totalmente nuevo, sellado y sin detalles de la caja.
