Think its red brown, should be a paint guide in the instructions. But do your own thing.

Q: Buiding just this tank, which glue would be recommended?

A glue designed styrene plastics, haha my preference is Tamiya extra thin, there are YouTube videos on how to use it.

Q: Does this kit come supplied with paints ?

No, it does not.this is usually the case, unless a kit is marked as a gift set. The glue is not normally supplied either.

Q: what paints should i use for this model?

i used tamiya acrylic paints and then finished off with a weathering kit and it looks great
