My impression is that the materials and manufacturing are good. The quality is good. I set it up on my Perception Rhythm 11' using the stock bungee cords that came mounted on the kayak. It was easy to clip and set up. A little harder to fold back down to get it out of the way. But the disappointment was that it did not seem to be enough sail to catch enough wind to move me much. I tried it multiple days in light to medium winds. I could tell that I was moving, but even with the strongest gusts it seem to barely move the kayak. I'm 200 pounds, so that's probably a factor, but I had hoped to be moved along at enough speed to make it worth putting the sail up. Nobody has found a way to use it for upwind or diagonal?** A: It cannot go upwind and I don't believe it can tack into the wind diagonally like a sailboat as it is not designed that way. The wind just literally pushes the sail so it must come from behind. **Q: how small does it break down? Can it fit in the Kayak bag?** A: Mine came in a zipped bag. It fit right in the space behind my seat in my kayak. When in the zipped bag it was the size of a medium size round Weber kettle barbaque lid. **Q: Will this work on an inflatable stand up paddle board?** A: It needs attachment points, if there are none in the SUP then it’s going to be tough.
