We use these to test when to add more salt to our portable RV water softener. Easy to use with fast results.

Cheap and lots of strips. Tested our water before the water softener installation and after and saw the improvement.

A lot of the test pads came loose from the plastic strips.

Not much more to add other than that the strips work exactly as indicated in the product listing.

I bought these in October of 2023 to test out water hardness for the purpose of washing cloth diapers. They worked then and although the color was a little difficult to match I got enough information for my use case. Fast forward to now, we just moved and I pulled out these strips for the same purpose. They are not expired but for whatever reason the test strips are not changing color at all. I know my water is quite hard. Disappointed that these don’t appear to have the shelf life that they promise.

The color chart is right on the bottle making the ease of use a great value for the money. The performance is great and gives results within 30 seconds. The bottle is water resistant so you dont get all of the test strips wet if you drop it in water accidentally. Good test kit!

To be honest I’m not sure because the last time I bought keto strips it was long ago but it’s hard to tell in what stage of ketosis I am, specially it the last three colors. I don’t recall having the same problem before but to be fair I’m not sure.

They work for me; also led me to learn about soft water and water softeners!
