I used this in my baby’s room when our AC broke and it really cooled the room down! The ice packs don’t really stay cool for long at all so I just fill the water reservoir with ice completely and fill it in with water. According to the baby monitor it cooled down her room about 10 degrees within 30ish minutes. It’s not the most aesthetic but it does what it’s supposed to

Great customer service, so I am bumping up my review.I purchased this to cool down a small upstairs room that only gets weak airflow from our central AC. It was easy to assemble and use. I put in ice cold water with the ice pack, and set it on the "snowflake" setting. Cool air seemed to be coming out, so I shut the door and left it (shades down). According to the temperature on the unit, it was 80 degrees. I came back 2 hours later . . . and the temperature had risen to 84. We are in a dry climate, so humidity is not an issue. I gave it several tries, and it just did not cool the room. At all. If I had not already disposed of the packaging, I would return this. So disappointed.

Started out functioning fine, but at ~3 weeks of use there was a clicking noice during oscillation. The following week the fan stopped blowing, currently would not recommend.

Good build quality, pretty quite, will move a decent amount of air. Will not lower the temperature of even a small room at all. If the fan is pointed in your general direction and is on the swamp cooler setting it does a pretty good job of cooling you off. If you are buying this fan with the expectation that it will lower the temperature of a room, it absolutely will not do that. Even with the ice packs or cubes in the water. My experience is that it will make the room alot more humid while the temp stays the same. Which is even more unpleasant. Again, it is a good fan but definitely not for the cost.

This did not do what I was hoping it would do. The frozen packs are very, very small. It's easy to set up and use. I was hoping it would help cool off the kitchen a bit but it doesn't really do all that well. However, if I'm just doing prep work it's a little better. Still have to use another fan along with it. I wish I hadn't thrown the box away or I would have returned it. Idk how it would cool off a room. Even a relatively small room. Not in this heat. The frozen packs do not last long at all. The air that comes out is just not that cool. Not as cool as the info listed made me believe it would be. Even standing close to it - it's still not that cool. Idk just disappointed and feel it is nowhere near worth the price. 😒😒

This has help tremendously cooling down my office and bedroom. My living room not so much. I need something with a wider range for that. It helps with the humidity a little but not like the ones with the hose you put in the window, and this is much quieter than the one with the hose and uses less electricity. This is a keeper for my office and bedroom it makes them nice and cool. The water last a long time so u are not filling it up every 5mins. I fill mine up every other day and I always have it on full blast. I gave it 4 stars because I've had it since the 19th and the swing button on the remote and the unit stopped working. Other than that it's great.

Right from the box this was a no hassle operation. The base fits onto the unit only one way. Four screws hold the base plate firmly in place. Instruction manual is easily understood and quick to follow. The two "ice packs" really improve the quality of the cool air flow from the fan. Remote control is an appreciated feature. With the increased 90 degree plus days per week this has proven to be an added backup to my Central AC. Fan is easily moved from room to room when needed. IT is well build ad sturdy.
