Is this better than Neutrogenas rapid wrinkle relief line?

This and the SkinMedica Moisturizer are two of the best skin products I have ever used. Small lines have disappeared, my skin looks better than it ever has. Think I will up grade to the Retinol 0.50 Complex next. I tried the Neutrogena products - this is way better because it actually works!

How many pumps does one bottle have? Or how long would one bottle last?

It lasts me about two months...I only use one pump per use. It is awesome stuff! Be sure to put moisturizer on top f it as it will dry your skin otherwise. I use their super moisturizer. Have used it for over a year...my skin has never looked better.

Is .5 stronger than .25?

Yes. And the 1.0 is stronger than both. It is ideal to work up the progression scale if you have not used a Retinol before or it has been a long period of time between uses. Start with the .25 then move on to the .5 etc...

How do I know which retinol % to use?

Use .25%. You are to use it daily. A pump at bedtime. If it is too strong you cannot use it nightly and it needs to be used nightly for effect.
