This is our third trampoline, and by far the easiest one that we’ve assembled. We bought cheaper ones in the past, and my husband wanted one with a greater weight capacity (family of 5 six-footers) as we all like to enjoy it. This one has features our others didn’t, like the ladder, and you can tell that increased attention was paid to safety in the design process to minimize potential issues. For examples, there are caps on the bottom of the poles so you don’t have rough metal ages or places for little ones to insert their fingers. Their customer service was great too. One of the welds on the basketball hoop had broken off and they got us a replacement very quickly. Recommend!

I love my trampoline and so does my grandkids, adults get on it as well. We do live in a very windy and stormy environment and when we left the netting up , over time, some of the poles broke off. I notified customer service and with their help we identified which trampoline I had and they quickly replaced the poles at no charge. They were quick to respond my messages and very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend their products and will definately buy from them again.

Excellent customer service! Our trampoline is great, we were missing the bolts for the ladder on arrival, but customer service sent another ladder kit to get us set up. I’m so appreciative and impressed by the customer service and support!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good Trampoline Easy to Install except the safety net is time consuming and could of been made better and more easy to install the safety net.

Easy assembly but you definitely need 2 people. Fun for the kids. Only downside is that the separate boxes came on different days

I received this on March 18th, all the poles have snapped off and it's April 8th. Poor quality, it's flimsy, dont speed your money on this trampoline, buy something that is more dependable for your children.I have 4 children and the trampoline did not last.

We have LOVED this trampoline, but I am most impressed with customer service!! Our net had ripped clear in half and I reached out to them about a replacement and they were super responsive and quick to get a new one shipped out for us! So helpful!
