The Amazon packaging was undamaged, but the blister pack the tools were packaged in had been opened. I returned the whole thing for a refund and ordered it again.The second time I received 7 of the 8 specified tools, the 'bone tool' was missing, so I only received 7 out of the 8 tools. The Amazon packaging was undamaged, but the blister pack the tools were packaged in had been opened (same as previously).Sending the order back the first time was hassle enough as I had to take it to the post office to get proof of postage, so I was unwilling to go through this process again and buy a 3rd set which I am not confident would be a complete set.
