Was apprehensive, but WOW what a great product!
I sprayed the interior of a 12 x 20 barn roof shed and it took 29 cans to do the walls and roof. While I was quite worried about the cost of the product and my ability to spray it well, it went amazingly easy. There are a few places I can touch up, but the vast majority of the area sprayed went great. Coverage is almost exactly what is advertised, and given my inexperience, this really impressed me. Do yourself a favor and invest in a paint suit with a hood, and of course a quality organic compound respirator. Also to note, I never rushed when replacing an empty can with a new one. This was a concern that seemed to be unfounded. I just plodded along from beginning to end, methodically changing cans, climbing up and down ladders etc. and never had a clog.

Used it in a cargo van, works well
Easy to use. Nozzles can get a bit gunky but I think that's probably true for all of these brands. I was weary of this brand cause they were new. It works well, my van keeps on heat like it's no body's business. It cures blue, is spongy and easy to cut, and will become an ugly green/yellow in sunlight. No smell after a few days. Board coverage seems more or less accurate. Overall I got 18 cans and that was enough for some thick insulation in here.

Know your foam.
Good stuff, but like anything in a can it empties quickly. Got a consistent half inch coating on the interior of my wood paneling on my shed project. Should provide some insulation but more importantly a better than average vapor barrier as I’m air conditioning my shed. I still covered the foam with R13 fiberglass insulation.

Short shelf life! And Sprayman customer service doesn’t care!
Ordered a package in May and used a few cans on my house building. Stored it in “optimal conditions” and went to use it again in the basement in December. Cans didn’t spray. Finally got a hold of customer service at spray man which was difficult and sent them pictures. Lo and behold the box shows it expired in Dec of 23 while the cans said they were still good until February 24. Sprayman customer service said they are expired and it’s not our problem. They sat on their shelves for 5 months and the 12 month shelf life expired. I wasn’t that impressed with it when I used it either. Find a product that has a good support and that the product you purchase that 40% of the shelf life isn’t already used up sitting on their shelves.
