I bought these pillowcases to replace my disintegrating silk pillowcases, which were a gift. I love silk pillowcases and wanted a new pair but decided not to purchase silk pillowcases because the majority of them are NOT cruelty-free (the silk worm is killed when the silk is harvested) and those that are cruelty-free are very expensive. I’ve had these pillowcases for about a month and I like them a lot. You can tell that they are not silk; however, they are still smooth to the touch, thereby providing all of the same comforts and beauty benefits as silk pillowcases (without the guilty conscience!) They are very easy to launder (machine washable and dryable) and come out beautifully after each wash. The design is also great: no exterior tags; decorative flanges; and an envelope closure. They are standard size and fit standard pillows perfectly. Love, love, love!

These are my favorite affordable pillowcases/sheets. The feel is so soft and buttery. Slight sateen finish but not overly slippery or cheap looking. The colors are vibrant and beautiful.

Nice soft fabric. However, over time, the fabric does shrink more than I like.

Surprisingly for the cost the sheets are as good as my $300 set. They are soft and keep me cooler
