YOU NEED MORE THAN THESE BAGS
I was new to Sous Vide cooking when I bought these. The bags themselves are ok, but somewhat brittle, and they have a "port" on the upper corner to fit a vacuum pump to remove air. There are no instructions included, and since you must purchase a hand vacuum pump to make them work properly, I would prefer to invest a little more $ and just get a vacuum sealer set.

Much better quality and cheaper than foodsaver bags
Must master the technique of lightly pressing down to start vacuum, unlike the foodsaver bags you have to stand on. Much better quality than foodsaver if you can finesse them.
