The best for the money (on sale -$1800)
I bought this to replace my falling apart 17 inch hp envy dv7-7212nr. So the standards set were pretty high. That previous laptop I had, literally had it all. Latest graphics card with turbo boost, subwoofer within the laptop because HP was with Beats back then, blu-ray drive. Backlit keyboard, fingerprint scanner, 12 cell battery that stood up the laptop so it had breathing room.So after 11 years of that laptop and a hinge that makes it lean and try to fall apart, I took advantage of $700 off and went ASUS.And I'm happy to have spent $2k (by the time taxes were added) on this machine. The display is perfect, backlit RGB keys and multiple patterns make for quite the customizable experience. No blu ray but no laptops have that nowdays. I'll get over it. No fingerprint scanner but I'll survive. From an audio perspective, it doesn't quite hit like the beats in the big old HP envys. No webcam but laptop manufacturers usually had substandard webcams anyway. Now let's get to what really makes this awesome. That processor is a monster. I don't know if it can be bogged down. I-9 and the 3070 graphics card tag team tasks like nobody's business. While converting video files, downloading and installing other software simultaneously. It took it like it was no pressure. And I haven't even put it on high performance yet. Just the battery saver - I leave it plugged up most of the time type of power setting. It never gets hot and always keeps its cool. I expect to get 12+ years out of this laptop.Thankfully it has 4 ports. 2 are USB 3.2 and 2 others are type C. So get a hub because you might need it. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've waited a long time for an upgrade and this was well worth it.

Great spec but...
Love how fast it is and for the price (not Amazon) $1699 it was great.Pro: fast response, tons of RGB and customization. High FPS on games on hight settingsCon: it big and heavy, aura create is buggy (had to look up how to turn off the RGB light and to do that i had to reinstall it)Overall if ur going to use it as desktop replacement its really good option. Playing Diablo 4 on high setting getting 140~200fps. Its fast responsive and really good made laptop.Wish Amazon has price match but i know that'll never happen.
