Water Filter Man Filter Compatible with Samsung Fridge, can Replace DA29-10105J / EF9603 / WSF 100 / HAFEX EXP

The filter comes without a box with slightly different labelling to the picture. The ones I received are labelled "Green Filter Post Carbon GAC", they have CE certification logo, water quality Association, "Aqua Europe" logo but no NSF tested logo. Waterfilterman also includes a printed label to record installed date and Filter change date to be completed on installation.Full instruction are provided (ensure you do the flush through before final fitting) and this seems an excellent replacement to the original DA29-10105J at a fraction of the cost. It fits and works perfectly.TIP: My fridge originally came with two blue locking colars (shaped like a horse shoe). This replacement filter does not come with these collars. They are used to ensure the push fit collet can not be accidentally pressed back in thus re-releasing the fitting. They fit under the collet rim once the pipe is pushed fully in to the fitting an are a standard "safety" shim, common to many plumbing push fittings but they vary in size according to the plumbing that the push fitting goes on to. Small ones like this will I guess be difficult to buy replacements for.Check if your fridge has them too - installed on the top of the old filter fitting. Make sure you remove these first before removing old filter, keep them and insert them back on to the push fit collet when you change to the replacement.

Fitted easily without leaking. These do require a good few litres flushed through once fitted to clear the water. Once this has been done there is no perceivable difference to the more expensive options.

This compatible fridge filter is far cheaper than the overpriced Samsung equivalent. The filter arrived promptly, well packaged and the instructions were clear. It was fairly straight forward to fit it. I was very pleased with the purchase and would buy from this supplier again in the future.

Fixed my samsung fridge freezer. So happy as the other option I was looking at was buying a new replacement. For your information I have this in my fridge freezer almost a year and it works perfect.

I had not previously used this firm but could not find supplier that I normally ordered from. One week later there is still a taste off water and my family will not drink the water. I have had to reorder another filter as this is extremely unsatisfactory.

This compatible replacement fitted exactly with no fuss and is significantly cheaper than the Samsung unit.As far as I can tell it does the same job more economically.
