Who are the whiners on here lying about such an awesome shower?! This shower is a blessing as we use it after swimming in our small pool AND daily just because the control of the temp is a wonderful addition. Didn’t understand how and why it had a “hot” and “cold” setting on faucet handle, thought it was for those who hooked it up to their indoor water pipes. Nope…it gets really hot on it’s own and you do have to be careful, yep, very hot that we never use just the hot switch and have enough in the 5 gals to take a nice shower! It gets pretty hot in Arkansas and we put a portable pop up shower over it and made adjustments with it on our deck, opened the top for the shower to poke out & woohoo! Awesome outdoor shower! Oh AND IMPORTANT…USE THE PLUMBERS TAPE AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO DRIPPPING COMING FROM HOSE…or else the water pressure will be too low. Keep in mind, this will not have the same water pressure as indoor shower, but works FINE!

amazing outdoor pool shower. in hot sunny weather, you really get warm water that's heated inside the unit. i used it during the past summer and worked great, especially after pool parties where guests were able to rinse off outside after swimming. however i am giving only 4 stars since you cannot order replacement parts. i was preparing to move the shower in my garage, as winter and freezing weather is on the horizon. i unscrewed the drain plug to empty out the water tank and as the water shot out of the spout the little plug flew out and the water pushed it down the gutter drain. i called the customer service line and they don't offer any replacement parts for these showers. haven't tested it without the plug but i'm assuming it will still work, but only with the cold water. since no plug to retain the water in the unit there won't be any storage water to warm up.PLEASE READ: so as a tip, when emptying the unit, before unscrewing the drain plug, make sure the unit is in a free and clear area from drains, gutters or any area that the little screw plug can get lost, as it will shoot out with some force from the draining water pressure and you really don't want to lose it.

I installed this shower about a week ago. I bought it because it has legs and can stand on its own, without the need to attach it to the patio with screws. It does stand well, very stable. It gives me warm water on hot days. Water pressure is significantly lower than in the house, but if it was higher, 9 gal of warm water would not last long, so I am happy with it. This definitely beats installing something more permanent.Assembly is fairly simple, I was able to do it all myself in about 1/2 hour time. Instructions could be better, that's why I knocked off a point for assembly.

Just used the 9 gallon version and was pleasantly surprised. A 15 minute shower that was perfect. The hot all the way is actually a little too hot. Water pressure could be a little better, but that isn’t a product problem as much as it is just my water pressure. Definitely recommend

I actually bought this unit in May and its now the end of July. I finally was to set it up just recently after the 9 month build and completion of my in ground pool. My pool company recommended an out-door portable shower set-up to save on pool maintenance and because of the winter freezing weather a portable unit that can be easily drained and stored.After much research on Amazon I decided on this unit....Unfortunately after a couple weeks of use I have not been pleased with it. Because of its low pressure delivery of water which reflects in the shower head spray its barely does the job! I tried 2 different water hook-ups: 1. House spigot hook-up and a independent higher pressure clean water irrigation hook-up. Same result with both...REALLY MEDIOCRE spray pressure. You almost would be hard pressed to wash your tea cup Chihuahua with it!I also as a last resort also removed the water restrictor in the spray head/handle and there was still no improvement. Im really considering returning the unit since the box is still in my garage.The plus side is the solar capabilities which is really nice..But with very little delivery pressure it really doesn't do much good!Update: I ended up disassembling the shower and putting back its box and sending it back to Amazon.

This item retails for $130 but I purchased a used one for $80. I think $80 is a more reasonable price. It is almost entirely made of plastic and, even after using a significant amount of plumber’s tape, it leaks from various locations. The water pressure also leaves something to be desired, likely due to the leaks. I set it up intending to be able to take full showers outside, but it’s probably only meant for a light rinse. I do like the look of it and am currently planning to keep it, but we’ll see over the next 30 days whether I change my mind.

After reviewing many products similar to this outdoor shower this one had the better reviews. I love this shower. I am hoping it will hold up for many years. Easy to put together. I wish the handles and shower head were made of something other than plastic but with care I think they will hold up for several years. I hope I can get replacement parts.I would suggest something to attach to main body for a light weight shower curtain.Very pleasing with product and shipping. I will buy again.
