Excellent customer service. I have been happy with bottle, but after 5 weeks of use, it stopped charging. I contacted customer support by email and they responded within a day (and given the time zone difference between the US and China, that was pretty much right away) and started working with me on resolving the problem.They suggested the charging cable might have become defective, and I had another cable I use to load pictures on to my computer from my cell phone, and that solved the problem, so it was just a bad cable. But they made it clear that if the cable was not the problem, they would send me a new base to fix the problem and would work with me to get a working hydrogen bottle again. Very happy with the prompt service and willingness to honor the warranty, and the bottle is back to working well again! Thank you Althy.

Very good, but small capacity

Horrible worked good for a month , completely died and after reaching out to customer support I received no response at all.I can’t trust a company conducting business like that .

I wanted to forgo some of my daily supplements, as many of them now contain metals. While costly and rather small, I find I’ve made the right decision because I feel great after just 2 days. I have ordered a test kit to measure its alkaline just to make sure it’s not all in my head, lol. Highly recommend!

I tested this will a hydrogen meter and it works as described. Never use tap water. It is only 200 ml which is just under 7 ounces. So you'll have to fill it up about 9 times a day to get your daily intake. The charge only lasts through 4 times. It would be nice if the volume was a little larger, and the battery was longer lasting. Also this product used to be $30 which is reasonable but recently they wanted more profit and the price shot up! I hope they bring the price down to what the product is worth. I also don't think it's silca glass, it feels exactly like plastic. It occasionally leaks through the little tab at the bottom, but I just empty the little bit of water that collects there, close it up, and it stops leaking. Not a problem. It would be nice if it lit up with a red light, since blue light is bad for your vision. In a dimly lit room it is quite bright. But the pros outweigh the cons. Bottoms up!

This is the second time I have purchased ALTHY. The packaging is very exquisite. It is the same as last time. After 8 hours of activation and use and ORP test, I have tried different water quality and the results are different, but it is certain that the ORP has changed a lot. I Very satisfied, I recommend ALTHY's high-concentration hydrogen. Although the capacity is small, I used to drink two glasses, but now I can drink one.

i am not sure (not having a test kit) if this is doing what it is supposed to.. the bubbles that come are are very large and only one per minute comes up... is this normal? Kind of expensive device to be regular sparkling water... edit 3 weeks later... after i wrote the review i contacted Amazon to return it, and was told by their rep that i could just discard the unit and would receive my refund... 3 weeks later... (and no refund in sight and the bottle in the trash way gone)... i contacted again Amazon to see why wasn't the refund being received on my CC... Turns our they flipped and decided (without conbtacting me right away) that i needed to return the unit (that by now is some landill... and they just apologized for the "mistake" of the first representative... so now i am out of $200... no bottle and no Money! do not buy this ...it is too risky
