Grippy, modern-style sleek driving gloves!
I've been searching for a driving glove with modern styling for a while. The kind of gloves you want to put on to become a stealthy superhero behind the wheel of your car. They're sleek and stylish without being flashy and grabbing attention. When a good friend got a pair for himself, I quickly found a women's version and bought them as soon as I could!Make sure you measure yourself according to the instructions on the manufacturer's website. I'm glad I did - my pair fits perfectly at a Women's Medium. They do seem to run a tiny bit small, so if you're at the large edge of a size's range, you may want to bump up to the next pair. They are small, so will easily fit in a coat pocket, glove compartment, purse, or even in your back pocket. They are warm enough to block the wind on fall days, which is all I need for brisk walks outdoors without getting sweaty hands!Best of all, these gloves allow me to drive for more than 2 hours a day without worrying that I'll have that cramped-hand sore muscle feeling after gripping the wheel driving through Boston and the surrounding area. The pressure of the grip is evenly distributed across the entire surface area of the fingers in contact with the wheel, instead of just on a few key pressure points (bones) that used to bear the brunt of gripping power. Leather really helps the grip stay solid - I do have a leather wheel cover as well, which helps, but I'm confident this would work on any wheel material. The knuckle vents allow air to come into the gloves without feeling cold, keeping sweat at bay which allows me to wear these for an extended trip comfortably. The seams are in all the right places, bending at natural folds of skin. The fingertips allow for dextrous use of smartphones (I typed on my iPod Touch many times, with barely noticeable loss of accuracy on the notoriously small iOs keyboard!) The texture and feel of surfaces is transferred through the gloves well, with little damping to dull the senses.DO remove the tags from the inside of the gloves when you get them! They rip right out and are rather annoying when they rub against your hands in these comfortable gloves. All in all, a wonderful pair of gloves. Make sure you get the right size, and I know you'll love these!

Well Stitched strong leather ok fit
I got a large as suggested. I used it all winter for S bus, the gloves are sturdy, but I was a little disappointed with the fit. The bumps to protect the fingers were not quite aligned for me. There is no liner so if it got wet I would end up with black dye on my hands. I did however do the trick. I am hard on the gloves so some stitching threads got frayed, but that didn't destroy the gloves. The gloves were a little short at the cuff. On the whole I like them. After I purchased them, before I could get a chance to wear them, I got an email from the company. The letter was obviously written by someone who was attempting to have a grasp of the English language but didn't! The company asked me to write a review and let them know about the review. They claimed that they would give me a percentage back on my purchase if I did, Does Amazon condone this practice? I am only writing this review now because I actually used the gloves for a season. I would have to search for the email.

Have helped with hand discomfort.
I've been looking for gloves to hopefully reduce the pressure on the palms of my hands and palm-side of my knuckles while driving. Pressure on my palms, primarily from gardening and remodeling -- and to a lesser extent -- driving, has led to tendonitis in both hands and a small, ganglion-like cyst or lump on the palm-side of the knuckle at the base of the middle finger on my right hand -- all of which has caused mild to moderate pain. The padding on the palm side of the gloves is well placed to protect pressure-sensitive joints. These gloves have reduced the pain from the pressure of the lump on my right hand. They also allow me to grip the steering wheel less tightly while still being able to maintain a secure grip -- this helps reduce hand fatigue. The leather is comfortable and the mesh inserts allow for easy freedom of movement -- my hands feel in no way constricted. Though I've only had these gloves a few weeks, the lump on my right hand has noticeably reduced in both size and discomfort, a welcome surprise!

Glove has potential for some
These gloves had a lot of potential, they seem like they would do a great job of relieving some pressure from your hands while driving. My hands really felt supported and the size chart was accurate, but incomplete imo. One thing I didn't account for was the length of my fingers and having nails (not too long) and the size of my palm. My fingers aren't super long, but a little longer than most, I'm 5' 9". So while the gloves fit great, they stopped about an inch short on my palm and fingers. Also I do have my own natural nails, so they aren't too long, but I do have short/medium length nails. So with those combined it didn't work for me. So keep that in mind if you are a long fingered gal. Also, I realize I would also prefer a velcro adjustable strap for a secure fit. While the gloves were short, they were a little loose at the same time, esp on my palms- just slightly. So having an adjustable strap would be nice just to add a little more of a snug fit. Of course I am now changing the design of the gloves as these just weren't for ME :). Probably best for shorter slightly fuller handed ladies. These will probably perform better in warmer weather.

Yeah...but no!
I really wanted to like these gloves. They are soft, light and cute. The gel was actually gel at the knuckle joints, but the gloves at the base of my fingers (where they connect to my hand) did not have any padding. That's where they hurt the worse and were developing calluses. I probably would have toughed them out and waited until my hands were no longer sore to use them. Then, I realized I would have to take thr gloves off everytime I needed to use a touch screen on my phone or in my car and that was the complete deal breaker. I will be sending them back.

These things are the first gloves to fit me like a glove
These things are the first gloves to fit me like a glove. As a man with small hands I purchased the large womans glove and it very comfortable to wear and makes driving for hours easy. Better grip on the steering wheel.I can also operate my iPhone with it.
