I’m embarrassed to admit it actually took me three or four attempts. I have had about every iPhone case imaginable and this was the most difficult to install.HOWEVER, it was totally worth it! This case looks really amazing on my jet black iPhone 7 Plus. It feels great in the hand. The case is very similar in size to Apple’s leather case, but adds so much more protection. If you’ve tried many cases, you probably are aware of the different ways to go about using the volume buttons. Ghostek goes first class on the Cloak and uses physical buttons that are satisfying and easy to press. They look good, too. Be patient with that first installation, and you may never want to take this case off… ### ⭐ Save your money -__- *by A***R on November 6, 2018* I really wanted to like this product and there seemed to be mixed reviews. Should've listened to the bad ones. Not only did the case start to fall apart the first time that I put it on my phone, but the side of the case that touches the side of my phone that has the power button constantly presses against the power button and makes my screen go dark. There is about an inch of space below the cases "power button" that will turn my phone off. It drives me up the wall. This case is also wider than I expected, which is the least of the problems, it was just recognizable how different the grip is from previous cases. It was only clear case I could find with a 2X MLDT (Military Grade Drop Test) and Raised Bezel Screen Protection. The Red Polycarbonate Bumper surrounding the contour of the iPhone 8 Plus is brighter than the Cherry Red iPhone 8 Plus. The color contrast detracts from beauty of the Cherry Red 8 Plus Phone. In addition, this "clear"case is not all that transparent and distorts the Red rich glass back of the iPhone 8 Plus so much that it appears to be a dusty colored red.
