The connector is slightly larger. *by R***Y on October 2, 2025* Battery connector is slightly larger than the one used in the Dell Latitude XT3. It will work fine but only if you cut the connector off the old battery and solder it on to this replacement. To be fair, the ad doesn't list the XT3. It just comes up in the amazon.com search that way and the picture looks the same. Other than a little bit of labor, this battery works fine.
