I bought these Regatta Kids Stormbreak overtrousers for my child, and they’re really good quality. The material feels durable and fully waterproof, perfect for rainy walks or outdoor school trips. They’re lightweight, easy to pull on over regular clothes, and fold up small enough to keep in a backpack. The only downside is that the fit is a bit on the larger side, so I’d suggest sizing down if your child is between sizes. Otherwise, they do exactly what they’re meant to — keep kids dry and comfortable. Overall, very happy with the purchase — great value and perfect for the British weather!

Bought these for wet walks with my son. Decent quality and works very well. Highly elasticated waist means they never come down, poppers at ankles allows for tighter fitting at ankles (will fit around his wellies). Splashing in puddles, out in torrential rain, playing about in the snow - so far no uncomfortable wet socks or trousers underneath so has proved to be a very good waterproof barrier. I will definitely be buying bigger sizes as he grows. UPDATE 2015: 5 years later and these are still going strong for my third child! Elastic and poppers are still perfect, fabric is looking a bit worn but still waterproof which is what you want. I have never washed these, just wiped down on occasion, they are for outdoors so it doesn't matter, a bit of rain will clean them! We use them regularly on our wet walks especially across the park to school. They have survived much splashing about, snow, ice, torrential rain, falls, and still no wet clothes underneath. Still gets 5 stars.

I bought these for my daughter to wear for outdoor forest school sessions. They are very well made, fabric was much better quality than her last pair and my daughter said they feel comfy. Only downside is they are so wide! Her last ones were more fitted. But I’m sure they will do the job and keep her legs dry when she is out in the woods.

Trousers are really good quality, can't believe the low price! Come up slightly big but will last my son ages. Comfy, lightweight and practical.

Great water proof pants, they have a button at the bottom the make them tighter around the ankle and slits instead of pockets so you can still get to the pockets of the pants under them.
