I bought this for my office door as my two dogs keep scratching at the door to go in and out. I needed a simple solution. This product was it. The instructions were very easy to follow. The template was super simple and allowed me to position the doggy door perfectly. You need a drill, a jigsaw, and a screwdriver. You need to select the correct screws (provided) in order for the white caps to fit. It took me about 45 minutes in total. Looks great and the dogs learned to use it in less than 1 hour. Great price and great product!

Great door. Easily installed. Been using it for about 3 months now and it’s just like it was when we installed. Great product and great price. Magnets holding up great so far. Both my cat and dog use it and I love it!

Pretty Good product. Very poor instructions; two sets of instructions that contradict each other and contradict the template- go with the template. Not a project for the faint of heart- you're going to be cutting a large hole in your door. The template is smaller than the opening you actually need to cut. Trace the template and then cut another 1/8" or 3/16" outside the lines of the template. Getting the front and back to line up was very difficult. Drill slightly oversized holes for the mounting screws since they will "fight" you for lining up. Looks great. Magnetic latch is kind of weak -doesn't return to closed position about 30% of the time.

Come with a really good template to cut yourself. Very good quality Parts and I really like the magnetic door. It’s a hard door not just a rubber flap really keeps out the bugs

Wish I hadn't purchased it.First issue is the door kept popping off. The metal post would fall out of the holes that are there to help it swing.Solution: I built up the area next to the post so it would still swing but not pop off every time my puppy went through it.Second issue: With regular use of the door, it cracked and eventually broke.Solution: We gorilla glued it.Third issue: Broke again, but dangerously this time.Solution: taped it with packing tape- ugly, but at least she can still go in and out!Fourth issue: Now the metal post that it all hangs on, is bent. So it doesn't sit right and has to be forced open and closed. Breaks a part a couple times a week.Solution: Looking for a new door. Hoping to find an insert that will fit in the same cut out we made for this one.First issues- within a month of owning it. 4 month old puppy.Current issues- owned for 10 months. 1 year old dog using it.
