Wheatgrass

Having read a lot of positive articles about Wheatgrass, I decided to give it a try. This powder dissolves/disperses easily in warm water and has, for me, a pleasant grassy taste. I take about 10g every morning in two mouthfuls, swilling each for a couple of minutes, then swallowing. I then clean my teeth and have noticed that they feel cleaner than usual. After two weeks use, I also seem to get ROMS instead of DOMS after workouts, which fade more quickly than before. Will definitely be persevering with this and hoping for continued benefits.

I love the subtle grassy earthy flavour of this organic wheatgrass powder. I particularly like its powder sugar like consistency because it mixes quite well with all kinds of liquids. It even dissolves easily in water because it’s finely milled. I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to detox. This helps boost your power juice cleanser. I’m really enjoying the taste and the health benefits of this product. I’m glad I bought this brand and would recommend it.

Really good powder. I like the taste and the scent as they are not as strong as with the other product that I tried before (different brand). Add it to your juice or smoothie! Highly recommend!

This is a good value quantity of wheatgrass compared to another brand I have used in the past, also whats important is how it's milled and this has been milled perfectly, why this is important is when you go to mix it, it doesn't clog up in your glass, I mix this with a small electric whisk just for speed and convenience, the taste well it's like "marmite" not in the literal sense, you'll either love it, tolerate it or hate it. As for the health benefits, you'll have to do your own research, but this is a super food and I have found it very beneficial. This is the first packet of wheatgrass powder I've purchased. The taste is fairly decent judging by some of the reviews of other products I've read and it smells good and has a lovely dark green colour. However, I'm a bit bothered by the fact that a lot of the nutritional content that wheatgrass is supposed to contain is missing from the list of nutrients. For instance, wheatgrass is supposed to be high in vitamin C but it's not even listed! Also, where's the vitamin A and K content? I'd have given this 5 stars but for the sketchy nutritional content list. I can only conclude that the nutrients aren't in the product if they're not on the packet. :(

The taste is horrible but considering the benefits, it's worth A teaspoon of honey at the end cuts that taste

This seems to me a great quality wheatgrass powder. Most often I use it in breakfast cereals or in juice.

J'en ai testé 5, pour moi cette marque est la bonne ! Malgré son goût infect avec juste de l'eau (ajouter un jus de fruit sinon "eurk"), je dois dire que je sens les effets: coupe-faim super efficace (même si je n'ai aucune idée pourquoi, ça m'a agréablement surpris. Je fais très attention à mon alimentation, et les envies de grignotage sont parties radicalement). Je suis beaucoup moins fatigué, je dors mieux ! C'est un des très rares produits qui fonctionne vraiment, je me sens très très bien depuis que je le prends. Ps: bien respecter le dosage et commencer avec de petites quantités car il peut modifier le fonctionnement digestif assez vite. La constitution de ce produit est ce qu'il y a de plus naturel et complet. J'encourage les gens qui veulent encore plus profiter des effets de ce produit d'ajouter: - de la vitamine D3 K2 mk7 en gouttes ou spray (500 ou 1000ui, 3x/semaine le matin au petit déj) - de la levure de bière vivante (active), au déjeuner; - de la vitamine C naturelle (500mg/acerola) + zinc (20mg) au dîner. - magnesium marin 300mg (avant le coucher)2x/semaine - de la propolis noire (celle de ballot-flurin est top) - de la viande rouge ou poisson (gras de préférence) 3x/semaine et des légumes à votre supplémentation. Vous allez revivre !

Lo utilizo para añadir a batidos verdes y su sabor no es fuerte. Textura suave. Es un buen producto. Lo recomiendo.

Molto soddisfatta. Il gusto è buonissimo.Molto energetico. L'ho provato anche nel latte di mandorla: delizioso. Ne basta un cucchiaino per una tazza grande.

Acheté a la base pour ses nombreux bienfait pour un organisme en bonne santé, apres 3 semaines d utilisation quotidienne je constate: - une pousse incroyable de mes ongles qui se retrouvent non seulement longs, mais fortifiés. -un visage plus lumineux ( pas d actions sur les boutons chez moi) - un puissant effet coupe faim. Je n ai pas remarqué d effet sur la vitalité ou sur une meilleure forme globale, en terme d energie. Je n ai pas remarqué d effets positifs ou negatifs sur ma digestion. Pour les avantages cités, je recommande donc ce produit. La peau etant un indicateur de bonne santé, je pense que l herbe de blé agit profondément sur mon organisme, je recommande donc, et inclurais dorénavant cette herbe de blé dans ma routine matinale quotidienne. J ai oublié de preciser, que dilué dans de l eau seule, la boisson obtenu a selon moi un gout d épinards. Cela reste ma perception.
