Manuka Health UMF 18+/MGO 700+ Ultra High-Grade Manuka Honey (500g/17.6oz), Superfood, Authentic Raw Honey from New Zealand

After doing the research, I decided to try this wonderful honey for its antibacterial and anti inflammatory benefits. I wish I had found this years ago. After three weeks of being faithful in its recommended dosage, I feel 100% better than I did. Every person is different, but for me, it is worth every penny. I eat a teaspoon at a time (one tablespoon recommended per day). I have taken it straight, on toast, on cereal and in a kefir drink to help calm some of the tartness. Highly recommend!

Very good for health. Tasty, but different from local honey

This honey has the best flavor & texture. I tried different other brands so far this is the best! I have suffered for 4 months with a very bad sinus infection & ear problems. I started on using this honey & in 1 week I started noticing I was feeling better with my sinus issues going away! This cost more but worth the price since I really am close to being completely well.

I’ve been really impressed with this Manuka honey. The taste is great—rich, smooth, and slightly earthy compared to regular honey. I’ve been enjoying it in tea and just eating a spoonful sometimes. I also tried using a small amount on my skin for eczema-related itching, and it actually helped soothe the irritation. I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

I purchased this honey based on a online recommendation for its benefits for my toe nail fungus, of all things. (I've been battling it for about 2 years and have tried just about every product on the shelf plus one session of laser light therapy and have even tried to dig it out!... yes, disgusting and probably too much information.) I purchased the honey for its internal healing benefits. Time will tell whether it was worth it. But, the honey tastes good. It has a sweet yet slight bitter taste to it. Not unusual. Just more noticeable and perhaps because it is unfiltered. I am over 50 so I spend more time looking for products that can help keep my body feeling good. If this helps, I will definitely buy more and I will report back on the second review what my impressions are. It is a high price but to me, my health is worth splurging now and again. I need good products like this that can be used in coffee or tea as a sugar substitute (sugar is bad if you have toenail fungus and this helps me cut back on that with ease). I give it a four star because it is a samll jar for the price and because I cannot yet tell whether there will be any impact on my toenails. But, if in 5-6 months the fungus is gone, this honey will definitely be in the top two or three things I will continue to use as a sugar substitute.
